How long does shipping take?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If a product doesn't work for your curl type, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Do you test your products on animals?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders are processed quickly, but we can make changes if you contact us within 1 hour of placement. After that, we are unable to modify the order.
