At Coco Curls, we want you to love your hair journey; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or store credit. Please ensure that items are lightly used or unopened to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your Coco Curls products in their original packaging, ensuring the lids are tightened to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
